Jewelry purchased from Albert Coll is handmade and therefore delicate.

Different factors can determine the life of your jewellery. Try to clean and treat your pieces properly. 

 

At the end of the day, wipe your jewellery gently with a soft cloth before storing it away.

 

Sterling silver: Silver naturally oxidize over time but it can be removed with a metal polish and a polishing cloth. Try to protect it from scratches, knocks and humidity.
 Furthermore for a long lasting condition of your piece we also suggest to remove it before contact with water.

 

Titanium: Titanium will not loose the colour over time, please do not drop to avoid any cracks in the colour and store it in the provided box when not using it.

Pre-order conditions

 

Orders placed in pre-order period will be shipped from june 25.

 

Since these pieces will be made under request, from that day the delivery times will be the following:

 

- Spain: 24-48 hours

- Europe: 5 - 10 working days

- Other countries: 5 - 10 working days

- Europa: 5 - 10 días laborables

- Resto del mundo: 5 - 10 dias laborables
